The Mad Rollin' Dolls will hold their second annual "Ho Bout" Saturday, December 15th, at 7pm. Come to Fast Forward where we'll wreck the halls and everything else this holiday season as well as wring in the new year, celebrating the debut of our fourth league season in January. However, this year's Ho Bout has a twist. Announcers Bob (Bobsled) Noxious and Baam (I don't have a holiday name yet) Baam will captain each team. The rosters for Bobsled's Ice Queens and Baam Baam's Candy Canes were drafted last night (12/3) from a pool of 42 skaters. Each skater will boast a holiday name (will this be the return of Egg Nostic or Mistle Cameltoe?) and won't know which team they are on until 12/8. They'll have a week to practice together, then spread holiday fear into the hearts of each other in our holiday battle royal. Can two announcers actually function as captains? Will the skaters listen to them? Will the refs vow never to do this again? Will Baam Baam cry after he loses? Come celebrate the holiday derby-style, where giving IS better than receiving, and find out.

Sure, you could go see A Christmas Carol, but why? Here, let me sum it up for you. Some old, rich crotchety dude pisses everyone off, goes to bed, sees three ghosts (not like hot chicks, just scary dudes), gets the crap scared out of him and decides to become nice. Just in time for Xmas. Imagine that! Then this little Timmy kid says, "God bless us everyone." See, not so great. Instead, come watch the Ice Queens break the Candy Canes (don't you hate when that happens?) in MRD's holiday battle royal.
